Warranty and post-warranty repairs of Godox products:
Report a repair by completing this simple application form.
Print out the RMA request, pack up the equipment and send it to the service address.
After receiving your application, F–service customer service will register your request in our system.
We will carry out warranty repairs immediately, and in the event of a fault, we will inform you about any additional costs of repair.
After repair is complete, customer service will let you know and send your equipment back.

About us
F-Service, located in Krakow, Poland is a Godox Service Center in Europe. We carry out repairs and service of whole range of Godox equipment. As authorized Service Center we carry warranty and post-warranty repairs. Repair requests can be made through the reseller or directly to F-Service.
Our technicians are specialists, and guarantee quality repairs using original spare parts and in accordance with the operational procedur specialist in optics service repairs are recommended by the manufacturer.
All repairs are carried out in specially prepared rooms. The specialized equipment we have at our disposal is certified by the manufacturers of each brand.
